An enjoyably bad variation on Dickens' tale, starring Vanessa Williams

Friday

  • Decadent Desserts with Jacques Torres, 1 a.m., Food Network
  • Frosty the Snowman, 8 p.m., CBS
  • Frosty Returns, 8:30 p.m. CBS
An eco-conscious update of the tale. John Goodman is fairly amusing as Frosty, and Jonathon Winters is as good a narrator as Burl Ives used to be. Of middling quality.
